        Reached out to customer service several times regarding an issue with a bank account. Told each time they would call me back its been three weeks now and I still cant transfer money. Had to use a third party app. Very disappointing. Edit : Perfect example of their attention to detail below. My name isnt Kevin. Its literally spelled out above you. Do not do business with this bank.
