Went in with my crazy and overbearing mother. Metal dude behind the counter handled her like a champ. Answered all of my difficult questions intelligently. Got me a great queen set for only 500$. Gave me huge time windows to pick up, then carried the thing out and tied it to my car by himself. The dudes a pro. Highly recommended, have sent a few friends there who all had great experiences there. An absolute pleasure to do business with.

Recently purchased a bed from the Downers Grove location! Love, love, love it!!! Great prices! Employees were incredibly helpful! Would definitely purchase from any Discount Mattress again!

We went to the location in Naperville. Not only was the service personal and comfortable, the mattress we got is exactly what we want! We didn't feel pressured or forced into buying. The manager was very helpful and gave us great information and recommendations. Our mattress came in very quickly and we love it! We have never slept better. We also got a great deal and feel like we really got a great value for our money. We would shop there again. Thanks so much!!!

I visited discount mattress in despair, needing something of quality for an affordable price. Since I live alone in a 3rd floor apartment, I needed full delivery/set-up service as well. I ended up working with a gentleman named Joe who was absolutely OUTSTANDING. He was incredibly personable, thorough, and excited during my visit, and gave me his undivided attention for well over an hour. Joe told me to ignore the price tags and lay on each bed until I found my absolute favorite. When I found my favorite, he offered me a price that he knew I could afford, which ended up being SIGNIFICANTLY less than the ticket-price. He included delivery, set-up, and a mattress cover. To top it off, the mattress was delivered within 48 hours!!! I am now sleeping soundly on my comfy cloud thanks to Joe!
