Maple and Main Apartments

Our time at maple and main has been a series of ups and downs. My husband and I were thankful for the quick move we were able to make into the building. However from the start it was rocky, as we were given an ADA apartment without having been informed in any way prior (we were led to assume it was a standard 2 bedroom). Since then the most concerning and frustrating thing has been the buildings fire alarms. We have had countless situations over the past 9 months where these have gone off faulty (from daytime building alarms going off requiring evacuation to solely our unit going off without reason requiring maintenance to come work to get them off) and its only been getting worse. Tonight they went off for the second time in four days in the middle of the night (11:30pm and 10:30pm) where everyone had to evacuate the building. After the first 11:30pm incident I inquired with someone on the management team what happened (because no update or apology had been sent to tenants). They openly shared that the buildings alarm had a part that had been needing to be replaced for a while, but it was being pushed off. So its great to know that my 1.5 year old has been getting aggressively woken up by the blaring alarms and flashing lights to be taken out into the freezing cold night purely because of negligence. Youve only got to wonder if the alarms are in the correct condition to work in a true emergency then too. Overall, the amount they charge for rent here is absurd compared to the value received.

Love living here! The property is always clean, the location is fantastic, and recently they got a great new manager who is incredibly personable and genuinely appears to care about his residents.

Lisa was amazing, so very helpful. My daughter is excited about moving into the property. I highly recommend Maple and Main.
