We worked with Jericho. While ultimately we did not purchase a car from this dealer due to unforeseen circumstances, we had a terrific experience with Jericho. He was very communicative and accommodating. We were a little anxious because we were first-time car buyers and Jericho really made us feel at ease and comfortable as he explained the process. We would highly recommend working with him to anyone.

I received the worst customer service this past weekend. I am not sure if they had this "after sales advisor" covering a call off in the service center, but he does not belong in the service center. He needs to be (re)-trained and talked to about his professionalism. Very disappointed.

Ive had the best experience with an agent in service this past weekend. After leaving my car in service for a couple days, DeMarcco made sure to keep me updated on the status of my vehicle, and went above and beyond to make sure that the vehicle was fixed, and ready for pick up. In the past, Ive had terrible customer service from them, but DeMarcco is the best, and most efficient agent. He made my experience seamless.
