Valley Honda

After it was finally time for my 2007 CR-V to retire and a few not-so-great experiences with a Chicago dealership, I made the journey from the city out to Valley Honda to purchase a new car. Delaney and the team at Valley made the buying process as pleasant and painless as possible, and I'm now the very happy owner of a '24 HR-V EX-L. Delaney was an expert in the car, answering any and all questions and ensure I had everything I needed before driving off the lot. My partner is considering a Civic Si purchase in the next few months, and he has Valley and Delaney top of mind for when he decides to move forward. Highly recommend making the trip out to Valley, and thank you to Delaney and team again!

I purchased my last two vehicles at this dealership. Our lease was coming to an end on my 2021 Pilot that had 19K miles on it. We were interested in turning it in and leasing a new Pilot. We made an appointment with a salesman and visited the dealership to test drive some vehicles. Once we decided what we wanted, we wanted to talk price. Our salesman, who was absolutely awesome, was apparently not the one to talk price. Now we were introduced to the manager Kevin. I was looking for a 36 month lease, with my trade and $4k down. He started off the conversation about how things have changed since COVID, and people are getting sticker shock. Then he hit us with $850.00 a month. That was clearly a terrible price. (Long story short) another manager offered me the same car a couple of weeks later for $235.00 a month less. That's $8450.00 over 36 months. He also outright lied to me about the value on my current vehicle multiple times. That's screwing a customer. I also inquired about a Ridgeline and had the same experience. Kevin started off at $689.00, then $545.00 and the next day added 5k miles a year and offered the vehicle for $450.00 a month. That's $8600.00 over 36 months. This is how they treat loyal customers. I would avoid this dealership and definitely run away if Kevin is your manager. Due to this experience, we went with a different vehicle.

All around positive experience leasing a Honda CRV Hybrid in 2021. Umesh was very patient and helpful - a real gentleman. No pressure. Just straight answers and sound advice. I'll be back.
