Comcast Service Center

My teenager has been without a phone for almost 2 weeks. Ive made several trips in person as well as talked to customer service for hours. She HAS insurance. It took over a week to get the new phone. After being on the phone for 2 hours and still not having a phone that could call or text, we went in person. They closed at 7 and the guy said he couldnt help us because they already shut everything down before the store was closing in 10 minutes. I had a 75 year old man with me, because he is the account holder. I insisted that he helped us even though he didnt want to. He kept sighing and talking about how it was cutting it close. Whenever I asked the manager for his name, he changed his tone. I miss the customer service experience that used to be in the world.

So they are going to have a technician out and can not even tell me if they will charge me. I spend over 200 a month this service is ridiculous. In the mean time I habe no internet or phone service. RIDIC

Paid Internet bill, They said it was returned to a bank account, ( NOT mine) and I had to repay a payment I made , and they said they sent it back. Never heard of such a thing. Looking for new services. Like I have $600. To just give Comcast. Smh

I needed to get my WiFi extended replaced and see about increasing my internet plan. I explained that I wasnt getting more than 300mbps via Ethernet, and less so on WiFi. I was told that I had the max plan, and I could buy another extended for $130 (that was already provided for free). The entire time the employee was being extremely rude and condescending- to the point my wife had to take our daughter and walk away. Ill bring my equipment to him tomorrow after Rise completes the fiber install tomorrow. Its about time they head back down to Decatur.
