Poor response. Does not return calls, or help when needed. I guess too busy for their customers. I wish I was not their customer.

This is a review of the local invisible fence crew. I have had a very frustrating time dealing with the corporate including wait times, and not very clear information about when my fence could be fixed. However, my experience with Adam and the local group was amazing. I can see they really care for their customers! I highly recommend Adam and others here in McHenry.
