Tom and Adam did exactly what I hired them for...replace an old fence with a new fence. The suggestions and explanation of the whole process along with the estimate I received from Adam were helpful and fair. Tom and his crew worked hard and they were respectful of my property...didn't leave any mess. They did a great job, I couldn't be happier. I definitely would hire them again. Service: Wood fence

Had a representative come out to assess our needs. The rep was 30 mins late; 10-min notice given. The rep seemed great, very personable. However we never received a quote despite multiple attempts to reach out to them.

I don't know which was worse, their customer service or their craftsmanship. I had them replace an old fence in spring 2020. They were very responsive in sending out a guy to survey the job and get me a bid with an estimated start date. As the start date came and went, I had to reach out to them via email and voicemail multiple times. They pushed the project back multiple times before finally getting started about two months after the initial start date. I had to have Julie out THREE times to re-stripe and flag the utilities because of the delay. I gave them the benefit of the doubt due to COVID and some heavy rain in the spring. Finally they got the fence completed and immediately there were issues. Sagging gates, locking mechanism not lining up, and they left the gate from the previous fence at the bottom of the yard. After multiple attempts to contact them to resolve these issues, they finally came out and trimmed the bottom of the carriage gate so that it would actually open, but that was all. I've tried to contact them multiple times regarding the other issues with no reply. This winter, I discovered they had cut through my 220 service to my garage with their post hole digger and also punctured an underground drainage pipe from my downspout - both issues I had to dig up and repair myself. To this date - since spring of 2020 - the old fence's gate is still standing, the new gates sag and are unlevel, multiple boards are severely cracked, and I've had to readjust the locking mechanisms due to them not lining up. I wouldn't normally blast someone in a review, but the fact that I was always the one initiating the project and they have continually ignored my concerns, I felt it was necessary to inform others what they were getting into.
