Worst customer service. the guy is rude and hangs up then says he never hung up. Do not do business with him. Has no intention to appeal to consumers demands.

Worst place to shop flowers. I agree with all the other reviews. Customer service is the worst. I live a block away which is convenient for me to go there but wont since I had a bad experience when I went in. Ive gone two times tying to give it another chance but it was bad. Same thing happened worst customer service that ive experienced owner tried to write my card info when I paid with card I told him I didnt agree with that and got into a really bad argument to the point where the owner didnt want to give me my money back. Dont go if you dont need too theres plenty of places to shop flowers from avoid going there if you can. They are not worth your business. Currently go to a whole different flower shop even if its farther, I 100% do the drive then go into this business.I dont really do reviews but this place is just the worse even took the time to write this review, dont want anybody else having a bad day after stepping into this shop.
