Nice selection, fairly priced. Staff was very friendly. Called ahead. Had my order ready by the time I came in.

I have been taught if you don't have anything nice to say, say nothing at all. So I will begin with - Norma's Flowers delivered flowers promptly (paid $15.00 for the delivery though). But I also know I rely on reviews to make purchases and I would have liked to known the following. Since my husband and I both had colds and could not visit my husband's dying brother, we sent flowers two days before Christmas. Since we are not from the area we relied on reviews which were all very good. However, we were SO DISAPPOINTED in the arrangement sent. We ordered the "Very Merry Christmas Artist's Design" for $39.95 with an additional $15.00 for delivery and $9.99 upcharge for "service fee" (whatever that is) The total was $68.06 with tax. The picture showed an arranger with a full bouquet - making us think my brother in law would receive close to the same. My husband was able to go to the hospital to see his brother a few days later. What my brother in law received was three stems - two yellow roses and a red carnation (doesn't seem like a "Very Merry Christmas" design) in a bud vase. Our final gift to him was an embarrassment - it looked cheesy and cheep. Needless to say, we did not buy flowers for his funeral from Norma's.

I love this flower shop! Martha was super helpful and attentive. I went in at closing time looking for flowers for a cake order and she took the time to help me and hand pick the best roses she gave me great pointers as well!

I am very pleased with the flower arrangement I received. I was unsure of what I wanted to get my mom but they were very helpful with guiding me and showing me different arrangements. Staff is extremely friendly and the flowers are beautiful. Definitely will return
