Birthways was recommended to us by multiple family members. We are so grateful to Birthways and our wonderful doulas Brit and Megan for helping us through the labor and birth of our first baby girl, Lana! We had a longer than usual labor and Brit was with us for many hours. We are so grateful to her for all her hard work and calm demeanor keeping us centered and grounded when things moved away from our birth plan. Megan came in towards the end of labor to help us greet Lana and help introduce breastfeeding to Lana. Both Brit and Megan were immensely supportive from beginning to end with phone calls, text messages, video chats and in person meetings. We will always be thankful for the guidance and support through this journey. Thank you!

We loved working with Megan (and Birthways) for our recent labor and delivery. While things did not go as planned (what birth does?), having Megan there before and after the birth was really comforting for us. She's also been super responsive to questions/concerns that came up during my pregnancy and now that we're home with our newborns. Would definitely recommend Birthways if you're thinking about a doula for your birth experience!

Birthways was recommended to me by a family friend who had hired the company over 20 years ago for postpartum care. I had an unexpected c-section with complications and a very rough recovery, and I needed additional help caring for my newborn and myself (my husband and I have no family in the State of Illinois to help us). Claire, the Care Manager, did a fantastic job of finding us a postpartum doula on very short notice (and we live 1.5 hours outside of Chicago)! We initially signed a 2 month contract with our doula, but we ended up extending care for 5 months when daycare did not work out. Our doula, Brianne, was calm, patient, loving, and exactly what my family needed to help me heal and transition back to work after maternity leave. She loved (and still loves) our daughter as if she were her own child. I highly recommend Brianne and Birthways for your family's pregnancy/labor/postpartum needs. They are fantastic to work with.
