Not recommended. Condescending, rude, didn't bother to update the address to the business on social media (correct here at least, if you really want to book, but use Apple Maps at your peril). Didn't answer multiple calls, didnt bother to call back. Then treated me like some trash off the street when I finally found it and wanted to confirm my appointment was cancelled. Then had the audacity to lock the door in my face like Im going to trash his pretty parlor. Not so much as a "sorry" for wasting my time.

The aesthetics and ambiance are out of this world FANTASTIC but the true gem is Matt. He was so welcoming and made sure I felt comfortable throughout the entire process, explaining each step. Cannot recommend more!

I cant imagine going anywhere else for waxing or grooming services. Matt makes it a super professional & enjoyable experience. Its like you get to catch up with an old friend at each appointment! Super clean and well decorated environment as well. Do yourself a favor and stop thinking about it - just book now and see for yourself!

Great first experience. Matt was very knowledgeable of waxing and asked the right questions. Ive been getting waxed for years, but this experience has been one of the best - very quick and not as painful.
