Due to events outside of my control, I had called far ahead and told them I'd be 10 mins late. She informed me I can't be more than 9 minutes late. I was at the door, at the 9 minute mark and she turned me away while also redeeming my coupon. I was willing to reschedule or even skip the massage at the end and she couldn't even do that. So I basically just gave them free money. I really wanted to support this business, as I heard good things about it, but after this horrific experience (and a very petty policy) I will tell anyone to stay away. Edit: The owner of this establishment fabricates stories when you leave a bad review. I've addressed this in a personal email to Chander and the Better Business Bureau.

Thank you Chandra for a wonderful experience! Chandra was very professional and walked me through the process, which made me feel so comfortable. I also appreciate the safety protocols, the email information to help me prepare for the service and the email information clearly outlining after care. I highly recommend NWAR studios in Ravenswood!
