The CleanUP Guys

Big thanks to The CleanUP Guys for helping clean up our basement after our business had basement flooding due to large amounts of stormwater runoff. Such a big job, and they left our basement sparkling clean. They were fast, professional, and incredibly responsive to our needs.

Last weekend’s heavy rain caused our finished basement to backup with water. This was our first experience with having a major home problem and using our home insurance. I can not say enough good things about Sherm (owner) and his responsiveness and going above and beyond to help us out. The Clean Up Guys were the 3rd phone I made and not only did they answer they came out that day! Less than 24 hrs after all heck broke loose. Huge shout out to Julius and his Crew. He came in analyzed the situation and called for more of his crew to come. They worked hard and efficient. Our basement is clean, dry, and mold free. They constantly checked on us and we’re super professional and empathetic. We lost a lot and learned a hard lesson in insurance claims. The CleanUP Guys were fantastic! We had sewage back up into the basement of our condo building after a major rainfall on a Saturday. We called around 8:00pm, they were there by 9:30pm, and done by midnight. I had a little bit of sticker shock at the price, but given that it was a hazardous clean-up on a Saturday night and they were done within about 4 hours of the initial call, it was more than worth it. The cleaning was thorough, and the employees were great to work with and informative about what their process was for clean-up and disposal.

I just wanted to write a great review (which I rarely do) on TheCleanUp Guys. During the past week we had a major flood from sewage in our basement. We called The Clean up guys and they were there in less than 20 minutes with a fair assessment and pricing.They did not rush, force or anything (like most sales people do). They were professional and provided updates in a timely manner. When dealing with a small disaster in your home you want someone you can trust with your items/stuff, be fair and compassionate.
