I cannot say enough GREAT things about this servpro.
Unfortunately my husband and I were victims of Captain Rooter in Chicago. They sent some unlicensed plumbers and caused a massive leak behind the walls. Talk about a disaster. Ugh. It was/is...sigh.
Bobby and Greg came and saved us. Legit. Water damage is such a PIA! And it's devastating and scary and angering. But this team, they came in, assessed the damage, got all our ducks in a row.
This team is so responsive. They brought in all the equipment. They DEFINITELY know what they are doing. Fans and blowers and imaging. Top notch!
We were overwhelmed when we had the flood and you can't trust anyone and everyone is lazy. Not this crew. Not this branch. Every member of the team was excellent. I can't remember all of their names but Greg and Bobby were our point people.
They helped get us dry. They helped us file a claim with insurance. They helped us find contractors to fix the damage. I cannot say enough about this team. Probably the best service we have had from a blue collar company in at least 3-4 years. We could tell that everyone knew exactly what to do.
And the best part, they got it done so quickly! Chicago Fire and Water restoration was telling us they couldn't come out for 3 weeks! Aye. Needless to say, if you have a disaster in your home, go with this Servpro. They were EXCELLENT.

Team Nichols is a top notch service provider in the Midwest. From the project management aspect of commercial real estate to taking care of some of the most highly valued properties in Downtown Chicago, they are one of the finest. They are tremendous at managing high risk jobs and are a real pleasure to work with. Matt and Bobby are outstanding representatives of the restoration industry and the SERVPRO family.
