I booked a stay in Orlando through VacayHome Connect in 2020. Due to Covid we decided to pass on our vacation that was scheduled in April. Raju worked with me and provided a voucher to be used in the future. The voucher was set to expire the end of 2021 but Raju worked with me yet again and extended this. I have now been able to book this trip and he once again helped me through the booking process and using the deposit voucher i had. It has been nice to work with someone so very helpful.

I am the manager of a vacation rental management company. I am still waiting on payment for 31 reservations they booked into my condos since July 2019 for a total amount of $38,973.37. I have contacted them repeatedly and get the run-around every time I talk to them.
UPDATE: VacayHome Connect has paid all monies owed to our company & we are satisfied with the final outcome.

In 2016 we connected our over 100 units with this channel through our Channel Manager SiteMinder to handle our VRBO bookings. The service, platform and commission were completely terrible! I cancelled the contract within a few months.
This fall Bob Harvey reached out to me to try again. with no other options, I decided to give him/VacayConnect another chance. And what a turnaround! The platform is completely upgraded and user-friendly, the service was a vast improvement as well with Bob leading the team. We ported over our listings and reviews (previously connected with the now defunct CanadaStays). And within a week we were set up and taking bookings. They offer a reasonable commission, customer support and a great setup team. As a Canadian Company the only downside is that the payments are in USD. But worth the effort!
I'm so glad I gave them another chance and look forward to increasing our share of bookings with VRBO through VacayConnect with Bob and his amazing team.
