I wish there was a lower rank for service. The employees in the auto service area have no sense of urgency. They gaggle around doing absolutely nothing. The customer service sucks!! They lack proper communication skills...need i mention a portion of the job is dealing with people. They all seem sour and bitter. I will never return to this sears even if they are the last sears left and everything was free!!
