I've gone to R.A.S. a few times for both my wife's car and mine, and each time we've gone, they've impressed me with their excellent customer service, quality and quick work, and superb pricing. Most recently, my wife took my car in due to one of my rear tires losing tire pressure, and at each step of the way, they carefully explained to my wife the work they were doing, issues they found, and cost of parts and labor to provide her with different options. Not once did she feel intimidated in pushed into a decision she was not comfortable with. At the end of the servicing, they were unable to repair the tire because of the extent of the damage done, and did not charge her for the work they had already done; an extremely kind act that demonstrates how seriously they are committed to providing the best service they can to their customers. My wife returned with a quote on new tires and installation they offered, but I wanted to do some online shopping for tires. I thought I had found a great deal on Continental tires I wanted, but when I asked them for an estimate, they offered an even better deal with installation included; I was honestly shocked. How could I not give this shop my business? I made the appointment and brought my car in, and after a quick hour, all 4 tires were installed on my car, and I was driving it good as new. I wholeheartedly recommend R.A.S. to anyone needing to service their cars tires, as this shop is the real deal. They provide extremely competitive pricing, top in class customer service, and fantastic, professional work.
