WOW! Internet, TV and Phone - Payment Center

Internet went out....response was we'll be out on Friday (that's 5 days from now). Thought these were the good guys! Follow up....internet came back up the next day. Better response from WOW. Giving them a few more stars.

There are no offices to talk to any one in person. Whenever you call you get someone from over seas. It's really fishy and my internet never works!!!! DO NOT USE THEM

Tech called and let it ring two times and hung up. I called back no answer. He then lied and said he showed up. Wasted my entire day. Customer service was so rude I ended up cancelled my order. Do not recommend

The thought of calling in gives me a headache. Hold times are unbelievable. Box not working I was willing to drop off and pick up a new one but that’s not an option so here we go I had to place a service call for 4 days later for a tech to bring another box. Beware of the 2 year contracts that’s the only way to keep you mine is almost up and I’m running fast

I upgraded my internet speed from 30 mbps to 200 mbps in April, it is now August and we have never experience the benefit of having high speed internet, the service was/is terrible. zoom and google meets going in and out, how embarrassing when you on a conference and presenting. Wow would send techs (1 to three weekly) out but to no avail the issue was never resolved. There was no communication from tech to tech so I would have to explain each time. I am going to change providers, it is so exhausting calling them all the time and dealing with the slow internet speed. I have been a customer for a long time.
