I scheduled a meeting with TD and Joe very promptly set up a call. I explained my circumstances to which he guided me through my options and advised me what my next steps would be. Although, I didnt actually need to hire them for my issues, he took the time to still chat with me and counsel me on the best way to handle my issue. He was so kind and genuine, even though ultimately I wouldnt be in need of their services. Id trust these guys wholeheartedly if any other tax issues ever arose. They know what theyre doing and even better, they care (:

This is the worst for you to solve your problems with the IRS since you start the case with them You start talking to a person and then it turns out that person is no longer there and has resigned. They take too long to call you back, they don't help you with your case, please look somewhere else.Si

Kelly and Samantha have done an amazing job resolving a tax issue I had. Kelly has answered more than one text message while on vacation. Both have never hesitated to answer questions and help in anyway possible. When it comes to customer service they are second to none.
