He is the worst! He isnt able to return any of my phone calls or emails for almost a year. I am trying to get my file to be transferred to another attorney but he isnt giving me any information. I am filing a complaint against him with ARDC. Of course he kept collecting money but I doubt there is an actual case number for small court claim I hired him for. What a fraud!

I hired Marco to assist me with a consumer fraud case. He agreed to work with me. I sent him detailed information about the case, documentation, etc., and then never heard from him again. I contacted him via email, left messages on his work phone, and even tried his cell phone. Nothing. This went on for about a month. Then, I finally decided to terminate the relationship and heard back from him within 20 minutes. Only when he was at at risk of not being paid did he get back to me. Needless to say, I moved on. Very disappointing!

This guy never returns calls to my father. We've been chasing after him for years. He agreed to take on a case on behalf of my father against his insurance company. He never gives us updates says he will get back and never calls. We've asked him for a straight forward answer so we don't waste his time or ours and he can't even do that. When we told him we were switching attorneys he was quick to say he was on top of things but he wasn't. The only time he acted fast was when he collected his money.
