Nothing but good experiences: first of all, staff is friendly, especially the manicurist! Secondly, I appreciate they offer a glass of water. And they also have unique no-chip polish; a purple shade in particular that gets me compliments everywhere I go! I try going as often as I can.

One way to get a bad reputation is scheduling a client for an appointment who took time out of their day to show up, only to find out they are CLOSED. What a big waste of time and money this turned out to be. Not to mention the long commute, plus the bad downtown traffic all together. This place deserves negative stars. I would not waste money here. They clearly do not respect clients or take them into consideration when they just decide not to open on days they have scheduled clients.

In spite of the many negative reviews this salon received, my visit here was great. The ladies were very professional and courteous. I purchased the no-chip mani and deluxe pedi off of Groupon. They also provide a host of others services. You should check them out. The locations on the 4th floor, left hand side when you exit the elevator.

DON’T WASTE YOUR TIME! First of all, this place goes by “Elle Homme” on Groupon. I bought a Groupon and called to schedule and no one answers and there’s no way to leave a message. I ended up calling their main location and a woman scheduled me for an appointment. I show up for said appointment and the extremely rude woman at the front desk said that I got the time wrong. I absolutely did not and explained I talked to someone at the main location. She then says “well you should have called here.” Excuse me?! I did and YOU do not answer and there’s no way to leave a message! When I walked up she did not even greet me and looked bored texting on her phone. She said they could not take me, was extremely unapologetic and wanted to blame me for their poor customer service. So unprofessional, I’ll be getting a refund on my Groupon and and I won’t bother trying again with them. Give your money to the professional places in the neighborhood- this place is a joke.
