Salon Hell! I'm nearly 64 yrs old an have had my hair color treated since I was 16 in Chicago, Miami, New York and Paris - this is the first time I have had it damaged. I've tried 3 deep conditioning masks and can't effect it. I've tried communicating with the Salon manager who set me up for this treatment and she refuses to answer me. And the guy who did the treatment's comment? "Must have been the shampoo I used." No one has made one gesture toward taking responsibility or proposing a solution. I am terribly disappointed that with all the care, time and money I give my hair, it seems the only solution to this damage is to cut it off -- and I have been patiently growing it out in a very healthy manner! COMPLETELY UNPROFESSIONAL!
