First off, the customer service is an absolute joke. The Supervisor, Shemeka, LIED to me every time I was on the phone with her. She's condescending and rude. They're contracted through SRALAB and my disabled boyfriend MISSED OVER 2 DAYS WORTH OF THERAPY because of their inability to pick us up on time. He was only allotted so many days and I paid for this service to get me to our scheduled appointments at the very least ON TIME. Is anybody going to make up for those missed days? Of course not. I had us ready on time everyday. The window for pick-up was 7:15-7:45a. How come we got picked up at 8, 8:15, 8:30a (WHICH by the way, 830a is when his appointment starts) constantly? I asked Shemeka to make the pick-ups early but apparently that is impossible. No matter what emails were sent from SRALAB or what calls that were made, all Shemeka could say was "there isn't anything we can do" and "there are many factors involved in picking up patients". TELL ME WHY WE WERE PENALIZED FOR ANOTHER PERSON'S INABILITY TO GET READY ON TIME. Rude, disrespectful, unprofessional staff, terrible service. I want my money back on all the rides we were late for and all the SRALAB desk reps could tell me was, "I sent an email, but there is no guarantee they will email us back." Phenomenal. It is bad enough to be in a situation where we need find transport for a handicapped person. It's hard to find. It's such a disappointment when a our best option was a company who couldn't even care less whether we got to where we need to be or not.

Apparently they are the CRO representative for WOW airlines. The service received was absolutely disgusting. If they are getting funding as a non profit as an advocate for the disabled they are not doing a very good job! Although this non profit is tasked with training Airline staff, the staff at WOW had never heard of a CRO. It took 7 hours to reach one. My disabled mother in her 70's a stroke victim and suffers from seizures. She was left in a wheelchair in the terminal being ignored by WOW for several hours. When Eric from Open Doors Organization (the supposed CRO) finally contacted the carer he essentially interrogated him demanding to know why my mother had not travelled with her own wheelchair. He demanded to know how she managed to transfer from a car to the house. All questions appeared to not be helping her situation rather trying to question the voracity of her disability. To question the validity of her need. It was outrageous and the carer was offended. My mother cannot mobilize without aid and WOW should have provided CRO assistance within a reasonable time. They did not care, and Open Doors Organization as a service for disabled passengers in my opinion is a sham. Check the tax returns. The staff make a very nice salary NOT ensuring disabled passengers comfort, safety and rights. Open Doors Organization is there to dismiss and cover WOW airlines failings. What can be worse than a non profit for the disabled getting fat off the misery of elderly disabled passengers. A zero star.
