Illinois Action for Children - Damen (Central/West Side)

Seriously why does it take over 45 mins to answer the phone? To only be on the phone with a representative for less than 5 mins. Its ridiculous. They need to hire more staff or train their employees better, Can't even get through in the morning because it says all representatives are busy answering other calls, so what are they doing when im waiting on hold for 45 mins., ?????

It takes a while so they can answear the call but the lady was nice and help me with what I need.

If am able to give 0 review, I will. Case redetermination was due since November 2021, I've sent multiple applications as early as Feb,13 and still, they keeps requesting for the same info all over again. Called several times, no luck to speak with an agent. IAFC phone is always being cut off due to "high call volume" even in the morning. All office are closed, no walk-in, no phone appointment available till April 6th. It's so frustrating, they're just paying staffs for not doing their damn job, a robot will handle this better. Email given failure notice, I hope someone will reach back on this issue.
