I loved their mock up and had a great meeting with Monsoor early on that got me comfortable with using them for the project. After signing the contract it was a little rocky in regard to communication, I wasn't sure what was happening with my permit app as the months went by. After raising this concern and expressing frustration at the timeline Sign Freaks responded and made it right. Decent experience overall.

Bad customer service, completely ignored me after I inquired why their permitting fee was $900 when it only costs $300. Additionally, their sales person sent me multiple contracts only to find out her manager didnt agree to any of those terms. Unorganized, completely over priced and looking to take advantage of people with outrageous overpriced options, use a different sign company!

I had a time sensitive project and Mansur and his team did an outstanding job! Reasonable prices and great attention to details, very personal and caring team.

Signs came out better than expected and the process was fairly quick and easy to get through. Only thing I would mention is if you're leasing an office suite, make sure you get a Certificate of Insurance from Sign Freaks to show to your building to avoid issues.

The good people at Sign Freaks are amazing to work with. They have produced three signs for me, and each time has been a very smooth process. The first project I had them do was a very high profile piece for the Chicago Bulls. We wanted to make a scaled down sign that replicated the iconic vertical sign on the side of the old Chicago Stadium. I reached out to several sign manufacturers to get a quote on this project. It was a pretty extensive build on a tight timeline. No one would could get this sign done for at least 3 months.... until I called Sign Freaks. They built the sign to perfection in THREE WEEKS! Mansur and his team were in constant contact with me, giving me updates along the way to make sure they were producing exactly what we wanted. In the end, the sign was an absolute show stopper! We intend to use it for years to come and make it a permanent installation in our office. We will definitely continue to use Sign Freaks in the future. I highly recommend this crew of great people!
