        Horrible customer service. Would give negative stars if possible. Gentleman on the phone simply refused service because I had one document to print out and all he said was: its after 3 and Im leaving at 5. What a horrible way to talk to first time customers. This is not how you run a service. Wow. Just wow. Edit: I did not ask for access to WiFi at all. All I asked was to print out one document and thats it. If you need printing services please go to your local Chicago public library. A library card is $1 & It is free for the first 20 pages per day and 10 cents afterwards per page. I do not understand what I asked wrong and why I received the customer service treatment I did but to each is own.
