They took 2 months to clean and return the shoes I sent them, and only answered my emails after I complained to them on Twitter. They did such a bad job cleaning 1 out of 3 pairs that I had to take it to a local cobbler and have it redone, and they refused to refund me. All the terrible reviews from the last 6 months are totally true.

Because of Covid they have had to adjust to conduct business safely for the cuatomers.
The Downtown location is now permanently closed.
Currently conducting all tranactions via mail.
No physical contact.
Proces is: You ship them your shoes, they provide estimate, you pay, they do repair, then ship to your home.
They repaired 2 pair of my shoes and did a great job.

Shoe Drop is simply THE BEST! I used to live on Wall Street which is how I started going to Shoe Drop shoe repair, and I now moved uptown and still cannot trust ANYONE to touch my shoes if it's not at Shoe Drop. I will go the extra mile for him to keep my very special shoe collection looking as beautiful as new! Thank you Shoe Drop!!
