        The bag I use for work each day was a gift from my mother over 10 years ago. It is still sturdy, but the handles were ready to tear apart, and the leather was dirty. They cleaned the bag, added an extension to the handle making it very sturdy, and it feels "almost" like new. I'm very happy and absolutely will use their services again.
