subcontractors beware! This is a low integrity company. They do not pay and will give you the run around. Current and prospective tenants, investors or other vendors beware that a company that operates with such low ethical integrity towards one partner will in time behave similarly towards you.

WARNING I reached out to Inka Partners about the issues below and they replied that they would file a defamation lawsuit against me if I talked publicly about the issues. Everything in my review is true, so there's no basis for slander or defamation. Also, let this sink in. I have legitimate issues instead of addressing them, they threatened a slander suit. Would you want to buy a home from someone who does this? I purchased a condo converted by Inka partners. Overall the building is nice but we've run into several problems including - A furnace expert telling me that the furnace was developer grade - odd for such a high end conversion - The AC condenser on the roof all being the same size which would have likely saved Inka money but put the smaller units at a disadvantage - External buzzers that have continually broken over the past 13 years. An expert recently told someone in the building that the buzzer system was made for internal use, not external use - Pipes that burst because they weren't properly insulated, causing the building a significant amount of money and trouble - and bathroom mirrors crashing down on several of us speaking to their lack of quality craftsmanship.
