I gave a 1 star, but this is definitely a NEGATIVE location.! Who the heck is the Postmaster General and who oversees this location!? Years ago, I was verbally attacked and threatened by one of their employees. Yes, she threatened to close her window and not assist me because I reported to her supervisor that she had been gone for over 10 minutes socializing with another employee. Needless to say, after this situation I began using FedEx for my mailing needs. Yesterday confirmed NOT to use this facility anymore. The lighting is so poor in the building that you can't read or see to complete labels. Then you get to the window - OMG, the attitude from the employees. Did I mention that most of the day, there's only 2 windows open!!!??? This morning I returned to FedEx and was treated with professionalism, respect, and I could see in the facility to complete my address label.

Just because you are lazy or do not like your job does not mean you get to take out your attitude on customers. Labeled my apartment as vacant at 2pm even though they didn't even try to deliver mail until 4pm. Called me with a funky attitude even though I spoke with nothing but respect. Karma gets what's hers and I know she will enjoy these workers when they have a need.
