Lincoln Sewerage & Drainage

The guy who was suppose to come and look at our sewage problemnever showed up and did not call. When we called Lincoln to ask after45 minutes of waiting the woman said  'Oh yeah, that's Robert' We were told she would call us back and did not.

We had a toilet paper creek running across our lawn. I called 4 plumbers who each had a different diagnosis. The first one charged $200 and still did not know what the problem was, another wanted $500 to diagnose the problem. The men from Lincoln fixed the problem. They knew more about my house than any of the other pros who came out. I will only call them again when I have a plumbing disaster. They did a wonderful job. I really appreciated their patience explaining everything. Thank you!

Robert and his crew, Angel and everyone, know their business and are capable workers for sewer and drainage issues we've relied upon for several years. They just installed an updated clean out and flood control system for our home - smooth city permitting and inspection.  Janet, at the home office is also great. I recommend these nice competent people.

we put our faith in this company and had them examine the pipes prior to the purchase of the house. they reassured us everything was great. two weeks after we moved in, the basement got flooded due to water backup. they examined the pipes again and said they could not figure out what was wrong. we hired another company. and they saw tree roots in the pipe blokcing it right away. roots did not grow there in a few weeks. besides that, lincoln sewerage refused to provide us with any reports from two inspections... we have a lawyer working on a number of things now. including on filing complaints with better business bureau and federal trade comision. beware

Very responsive and much less expensive than others for catch basin cleaning.  Highly recommend.
