        I had a leak at the base of a toilet which we thought needed "re-basing". Sam came out and carefully investigated the problem, to find that it was a corroded water line instead. He replaced the water line and this work was actually cheaper than a re-basing would have been. Friendly, thorough and competent.

        Called yesterday for a water leak. No one was available (holiday so understandable), so she scheduled for today at 9am. No one showed. Called again around 9:11am. Changed to a 9am-11am time window, and that I would receive a call shortly. Nearing 12pm, and no one called. No one ever showed.
