Heaven sent. When you find a good plumber hold on to them. Steve rehabbed my commercial facility including MAJOR plumbing work. He has made himself available in the middle of the morning to fix burst pipes during snow storms and bitter cold weather. He has also done a few small jobs at my home over the past few years. Do not use this Company, Steve will tell you one price to wheel you in, take forever to complete a job, that he doesn't finish, and then triple the price and threaten to not finish your job if you don't pay him! Matter of fact he didn't finish! Paid him for plumbing in full and he quit after he took my money and did not finish the job. He will nickel and dime you on everything that should all be included in the quote. He will install the door but charge you extra to add the hinges!!!!!! STAY AWAY FROM STEVE AND HIS BUSINESS! He tries to bait you to keep spending money for additional work. Never communicated problem and solution upfront.DISRESPECTFUL TO AFRICAN AMERICANS, although he's Jamaican..GIVES A HORRIBLE LOOK FOR BLACK BUSINESSES.Refused to return on warranty until threatened. He refused to put my basement toilet back unless we paid additional money

I've worked with Steve's plumbing multiple times. He is incredibly responsive, hardworking, and respectful. Sometimes he responds within an hour of the call and for non-emergency service. He is thorough and doesn't stop until the job is done. I highly recommend this service.
