Papa John's Pizza

Wish it was still open. I would order for pick up all the time. Papa johns is a good deal if you use one of their online discount codes. I would NEVER buy it with out a discount code though.

Horrible customer service and no respect. Took them two extra hours to deliver our pizza. They gave us a coupon for a free large cheese (delivery fee and tip not included) as a "sorry, we messed up." When I tried to use it to order a pizza, first they gave me no wait time and were very unclear on the phone about how payment could work, but they hung up before I could protest. Then, the pizza was MIA for an hour coming from a place that is a 5 minute drive away. I called to ask about my pizza. The person was quite rude and told us our driver was a few minutes away. 45 minutes later, I called back. She put me on hold for over 15 minutes. So I hung up and called again...FOUR TIMES. When she finally answers, she tells me that the driver called and texted me and had shown her the texts and that she had called me herself after. I had received zero calls and had in fact been the one calling. I told her I wanted my pizza. She reluctantly said she'd send the driver back out. A half hour later, the store is closed, I haven't gotten my pizza, received a call, or heard a doorbell. By then, it was 4am. I went to bed. Worst service I've experienced from anywhere ever. Zero stars. Horrible.
