        Very kind professionals who do a wonderful job here. I take my cat to get his nails trimmed and they always do an excellent, quick job and provide lovely conversation while attending to him!

        I called this morning to inquire about grooming services for my dog. I spoke to a very unfriendly person on the phone. I asked him about cost, availability, and the process of scheduling an appointment. He was so unfriendly and unrealistic that I thanked him for his time and hung up. The man insisted that I must have an appointment before he could quote for the price- that's reasonable. BUT he also insisted that he must see my dog in person before he's able to schedule an appointment for a quote. So, I asked "Do I have to schedule an appointment for a viewing before I can schedule an appointment to get a quote before I schedule an appointment for grooming?" He didn't answer. He told me that he just can't do it without seeing the dog first. Moving on. Don't waste your time.
