Judson is an excellent attorney, who is highly effective in getting to a very satisfactory outcome for his clients’ cases. He is honest, attentive, extremely intelligent and explains the complexities and nuances of the case in a way that is very easy to understand for someone without a law degree. He spends far more time than would be expected with his clients and treats them with respect and genuine compassion. He is the antithesis of negative personal injury attorney stereotypes. As a passenger in a ride share, I was in a bad car accident resulting in a concussion that had me out of work for about three months. The liability of the accident was not straightforward, because the intersection’s stop sign was bent, and ride share's insurance refused to take any responsibility. I had spoken to four other lawyers before meeting with Judson and I could tell none of them truly paid attention to the details of my case. I chose Judson because he spent a significant amount of time understanding my case, answered me honestly & directly and did not give the same type of generic advice as his counterparts. Judson helped connect me to medical professionals and I could hear the genuine concern in his voice for my wellbeing each time we spoke. Approximately a year ago, I was hit head-on by a drunk driver who was driving at full speed on the wrong side of Lakeshore Drive. My car was totaled, and I was taken to the emergency room due to the severity of the accident. I was unable to work for three months due to needing physical therapy.
