This review is overdue, life happens and things slip your mind. I wanted to leave this review because this Law Office is top class, they return phone calls, emails, and of course handle the legal end of things very very well. I did not have 1 issue at all with Charles or his Staff. I cannot thank them enough for helping us thru a tough stretch. I highly recommend using them for anyone in need.

Ive never felt more taken advantage of by someone who is suppose to be looking out for my best interest. I was in a car accident I was already in a wheelchair when I had to endure another spinal cord surgery. When I first went to his office with my sister I was told going to court and asking for more money would always be an option. I later was told that was untrue because there was no more money I could get. I later agreed to put up $4902 of my own dollars to have Medicare allow me more money. I later was told we got you $9000 more, but never received the money I put up of my own. Not till after the fact that I was reaching out and being ignored was I told that the $9000 included the $4,902 I had put up. I have the statement that states the holdback for medical hardship appeal interest rate. But never received a statement stating I was being reimbursed for this. If that was the case then you didnt get me $9000 more. I had made an appointment with them over this issue told them that I couldnt be talking during the day because I had started a new job he then proceeded to call me repeatedly trying to bully me out of my meeting thats when I knew he had no intentions of paying me.
