        Horrible Communication Applied with plenty of time, their process was reason for a 3 day delay, with no communication as to what was going on. Just a stalled download of my Passport Renewal Application. Tried Chat, Tried Email, Tried calling. Finally reached a Rep.............Option to upgrade for more money, following their mistake and inability to function as a business..........that claims to expedite! How can you expedite if you do not communicate promptly, Counterintuitive!
