They have terrible customers services period. I brought my BMW truck in and it didn't come out the way I brought it in. They left they work on my car. They didn't have a tech there to fixed my car. What start as being a two hr job end up being 48 hrs. I brought my car in running and got back not running. I called to tell them that and now they want to charge me for that. They charge you $100's to look at every single problem.. Over $500s dollars and my car came out worst than it went in.. I was told that young tech didn't know how to fixed my car so they called in more experience tech right. They are responsible for returning your car the way you brought it in and properly returning the client in reasonable time.

Ive serviced my BMW for years at Westmont. I figured Id give these guys a chance but I was wrong. I made an appointment to replace my tire early in the morning. Although I got a text confirmation, I did not receive a service location confirmation. I pulled into their garage (which I had to Google searched) at my appointment time and even saw my name on the service board. Before I could even say anything, the service guy told me I was in the wrong place and that I had to go up the street to their other garage. I tried to explain my situation but the guy wouldnt even listen and kept interrupting me and kept saying I was in the wrong garage. So, I trusted them and followed instructions to the other garage. When I got there, the service guy said I didnt have an appointment AND that he could not replace my tire. He said I should go back to the other garage and maybe order the tire. I was so frustrated that I just left. Two days later, I get a text from Perillo that I missed my appointment! These guys are clueless and definitely not at the standard of service Ive experienced with other BMW dealer service. My recommendation, go somewhere else, anywhere but these guys. I was actually thinking about buying my next car there, which is why I considered the service in the first place. Definitely not buying from them either.
