Lisa is terrific and I would give her the highest recommendation. She cares deeply about her work and her clients, and that comes across in her meticulous attention to detail and her willingness to go above and beyond, even in challenging circumstances. Before listing our Lincoln Park home, Lisa walked through room by room with us, getting a feel for our place, what its selling points were, and what needed to be done to list it. As it happened, we were moving out of town before listing, and Lisa worked to connect us remotely to painters and stagers and then helped let them in. Once the place was ready to go she personally brought over plants, art work, and other finishing touches to make our house shine. Lisas advance work paid off. Our house popped off the screen in the listing. We received texts from neighbors about the number of showings we had, almost immediately after going on the market. And an open house just a couple of days later resulted in multiple offers, resulting in a sale at our asking price. Lisa and Becky are true professionals. Lisa is the best!! We were out-of-town clients, but Lisa was great at leading us through the process (Jan + Feb 2021). She planned several action-packed weekends for us where we toured lots of homes/condos, revisited the ones we liked most, and slowly zeroed in on exactly what we were looking for! She is super communicative, transparent, and knowledgeable. We always felt heard and supported. She's also incredibly patient. We never felt any pressure to buy a place. But once we found the perfect place, she worked tirelessly to make sure the negotiation and closing process was smooth. Lisa is beyond amazing! She is extremely talented in marketing your home, staging it to perfection, and hiring magical photographers. But her real talent is her acute understanding of the market and how to price and negotiate to get you the best price for your home. We were thrilled! Lisa is passionate, energetic, responsive and smart. She listens carefully as to whats important to you and then takes care of you. Together Lisa and Becky handled our sale so seamlessly that I can hardly believe we listed our home to close within 6 weeks, while constantly watching the details along the way.
