Bought a mattress from there and Mindy was really helful. I had lots of questions abt mattresses since it was my first purchase on my own for a bed and she took her time and explained every mattress that i was interested in, I went for the I Series 100 and I love it!!! Its the most comfortable bed I’ve laid on, I definitely sleep happy and comfortable every night. Thanks a lot for the help Mindy

Unfortunately i did not have the same experience. After saving for the perfect comfortable mattress i got scam!!! Yeap thats right i asked for medium firm as i have back problems layed on a mattress which according to salesman gave me a discount for a memory foam which i can't STAND! It sinks, i can't move from one side of bed to other without getting up. I've called these people several time and all they suggest is for me to buy a topper type surface which i refuse. It's has been a horrifying waste of time and not to mentioned money which i really didn't have such a sacrifice i made for nothing. Now I'm stuck with mattress that i can't even use or get rid of as everyone who sits on it saids OMG I'm sinking! Never again will i purchase any type of bedding at Mattresss Firm. I've even talked my daughter out of not purchasing her new bedding at these chain of stores! Unhappy sleepless nights.
