My boyfriend and I had a great experience at this Mattress Firm location today. Tyler, our mattress expert extraordinaire, was very helpful. Tyler was very knowledgeable and offered clear examples to understand further the common misconceptions with mattress shopping and recognizing what our bodies really need. We decided on a Beautyrest which of course is a fabulous brand, and Tyler helped us pick which one offered optimal support and pressure relief for spinal alignment. Thankful for their customer service, and delivery next day! Looking forward to many well rested nights ahead...thanks Tyler!

Bought a $1300 mattress, and 10 years guaranteed. But second year the mattress already mess up . I feel like I sleep in the hole if I sleep on the middle of the bed . If I sleep on the edge of the bed . I feel like I sleep on the hill . Anytime I can slide to the middle of the bed .and just let you know ,I only 100lbs , my husband 170 .anyway when I call the mattress firm customer service , and they said they could come over to see ,if they don’t think the bed mess up , 1, you have to pay for the checking fee$60 .2 , and they will not change a new bed for you . So I can sleep with that bed . Most the time sleep on sofa or my old bed . I am not happy about it . If you want to buy mattress firm . You should concern about it . Just share my bad experience .
