        What a wonderful experience! From check in to check out I felt welcome and felt valued as a customer. The front desk was amazing and so helpful. The rooms are gorgeous and everything is so thoughtfully planned out. I would recommend this hotel and can’t wait to stay again.

        The hotel itself was very nice, however I didn't like the fact that we were told two different things about having access to the Rooftop. During booking we were told that we had to make reservations like anyone else and that getting up there wasn't guaranteed based on availability and then the day before we checked out we were told that we could access the Rooftop and all we had to do was show our Black card. Very disappointing because we never mad it up there based off the misinformation
