This place is not worth staying at. I waited till 530 to check in and the room was not very clean. The lack of care for customers and their customer service was about as bad as it gets. I dont know where the manager is or they would even care but this place has fell off.

The room wasnt cleaned once during our four day stay. Staff was non existent I did not see a single housekeeper during my entire stay. The AC unit is broken it was near 80 degrees our entire stay making it very uncomfortable while trying to sleep. The rooms are poorly redesigned the most annoying part of this being the bedside lamps that are just exposed light bulbs out of the wall. Also there was no fridge in the room which I thought wouldnt have been to difficult for a 4-star hotel to acquire. We had to bag all of our trash and sit it next to the door for most of our stay because no one would come and clean next to the trash pile was all of our dirty towels that no one decided to replace and when asked to replace took a solid 20/30 minutes to arrive. Sure it looks fancy on the outside but they havent even replaced labels from the old hotel that used to own it. Also I sat on the bed and the board underneath started to bend Im a big dude but your quality hotel bed should be able to withstand more than just 280lbs. I honestly just feel cheated out of my money more than anything else I couldve easily gotten a much better Airbnb or hotel in the area had I known the experience wouldve been so poor. I will not be going here again.
