Was given a quote of 695 for a wedding. Point-to point transportation. We were not planning on using the limo for cruising. It was only needed to be dropped off at ceremony cite, reception site and then to a hotel. After be quoted that amount, I called the next day only to be told that it would in fact be an extra 450 since the drop off was at 5pm and pick up was at 9pm. This is not point to point. He wanted me to pay for the limo to sit there for 4-5 hours. I am glad I did not book with them. I don't think they fully understand what point-to-point is.

As part of my share of the wedding duties, I was in charge of hiring our limo service. I called 5 other companies before I called this one and the person I spoke to immediately stuck out as much friendlier and knowledgeable than the others were. I got our quote and booked with them immediately. Their service was impeccable and made an already great day so much better. I couldn’t endorse them more.

Three months of planning completely derailed by one unprofessional company. Luckily, I had a back up quote with Chitown Limo and they were able to get me a fantastic vehicle and driver with 1.5 hrs notice.

There’s nothing like a party bus birthday party! We threw a surprise birthday party for my best friend and she absolutely loved every minute of being inside the party bus armisohere. It was definitely her kind of scene. The driver was awesome and super patient with us, even when we were indecisive and didn’t have anywhere particular in mind to go.
The birthday girl enjoyed being on the bus more than anyplace it took us, so I guess that says a lot about how incredible the experience really was. Thank you for the wonderful party extravaganza. My friend will probably talk us all into doing this again!

Not my first time renting a limo but it was definitely the first time I felt that I was treated so well by a limo company! These guys are super professional and I definitely recommend them for any event you may be attending. The driver really knew his way around our city and was so knowledgeable about our area and its destinations. The limo was GORGEOUS. Truly elegant and so clean. Very plush seating and an outstanding built-in bar that was the stuff dreams are made of! Excellent sound system with hookups for our smartphones. Fantastic lighting. I'll be using this company again in the future for sure.
