I cannot say enough great things about this company! The booking experience was extremely easy and everything was well worth the price! I wish I would have gotten the driver's name because he was amazing and deserves all of the praise! If I were to ever book with this company again I would request him over and over again! We made it on time everywhere and he even made a quick stop for us! The bus itself was very clean and it even came with a complimentary bottle of champagne. I recommend this company to everyone who is looking to book future limo/party bus services.

I hired A1 Limo Service for 5 hours to drive us in a Mercedes Benz sedan to Chicago for dinner. They were on time, totally professional. I highly recommend A1.

31-August-2021 A1 Limo Confirmation # 072921-102957-SA Lufthansa changed our flight to the next day due to moving to US with large dog. Lufthansa flight packed and could not accommodate as booked. Called A1 Limo, who told us sorry no changes, and no refund. We explained that flight change was through not our doing and their response was the same. This booking was made through the large Chicagoland corporation that my husband has worked for many years and I am going to do everything within my power that they no longer use A1 Limo. I suggest you do same. Incredibly poor business model. Customer Service, absent.

Wonderful service. We know we took long to review but our experience with A1 Limousine was above and beyond our wildest dreams. We hired the party bus and the Cadillac escalade with the jet door for our wedding. Both vehicles were on time, clean, beautiful and pristine. Olga drove the Escalade and she was incredible communicating with our wedding party. Alex the party bus driver was on top of things making sure everything was perfect, he was patient and caring. I can't stop raving to my friends about them. I recommend them to everyone & everyone.
