New Dimensions Personal Bus

This company is run through a National company called Shofur. While they may seem like they have great reviews, they cancelled on our wedding day and DIDNT EVEN CALL us. They also said because our deposit was over 90 days old that we would not get it back. Then you shouldn’t book that far and it’s called Covid. So rude and put my groom in tears, DO NOT HIRE THEM.

The rates were great for an expensive area like chicaho. The bus was accompanied by an excellent driver Jacob who made us feel very safe. Bus company s very professional and very friendly. Good job
