Clementina was very professional and polite and was able to answer all my questions and concerns. Made the purchase of my car insurance easy and very professional. Clementina make sure I understood my auto coverages she didn’t mind explaining each coverage.

This lady tried to take advantage of my 70 year old mother, first she was charging her nearly $1600 a year on insurance for a 07 Aveo and another 2k in home owners insurance. When I got her different quotes at a competitor she ended up paying half and immediately cancelled. We called the office to cancel and she said everything was taken care of and cancelled the policy August 6th. Come the end of August my mom calls to inquire about her refund and Clementina tells her it's all taken care of and she should receive it shortly. Well Sept 10th my mom receives her cancellation notices with an effective date of Aug 29th and Sept 1st. Basically the date my mom called to check on her refund. So this lady tried to pull a move and charge her for nearly a whole extra month on 3 policies a car and 2 homes, when they should have been cancelled effective 8/6 . This lady tried taking advantage of a senior and I wonder how many others she has done this to.
