Steve Rosenberg was the most incredible agent when I was in an accident and my vehicle was totaled. Having never been in an accident before he helped walk me through the entire process, calling me back right away on a Saturday evening as I'm still at the scene of the accident and coaching me through what to expect and how he will help.
Allstate was extremely helpful and efficient in helping me get back on the road with a rental car, as well as providing guidance as to how we should be interacting with other insurance agencies that were reaching out.
Steve was extremely patient and responsive when it came to my accident and I cannot recommend his services more.
